How does map HongyiMC’s Murder Mystery – Townfall work

For playing HongyiMC’s Murder Mystery – Townfall, 5 players are required. As soon as 5 players step into the particles, the adventure starts.

A randomly picked up player will play the role of the Murderer. His / her target is to kill the rest of the players without them understanding who he/she really is. For this, the player must be a good actor. Because all the name tags will be covered, nobody will know who the murderer is unless his/her behavior betrays him/her.  

The rest of the players called the Innocents will have to detect the murderer and kill him/her as soon as possible. To kill him/her, they will need a bow that can be purchased with gold collected during the gameplay.

To make the game even more interesting, a Detective (one of the 5 players), also chosen randomly, will have to determine who the real murderer is and to kill him.

So in order to win you will have to:

• Kill all the Innocents and avoid being killed in case you are the murderer.

• Obtain enough gold to buy a bow and kill the murderer, simultaneously protecting your life, since you never know who stands next to you: a peaceful player or the murderer. You will be considered the winner if you succeed to survive to the end.

• Detect the murderer and kill him/her in order to save the Innocents in case you are lucky enough to be the Detective.
