Komodo Dragon addon 1.8 adds these great giant lizards to our favorite game! Komodo Dragons are one the closest relatives of extinct dinosaurs! Meet these magnificent reptiles and enjoy the new mob’s appearance and new movement animations!
Firstly, these giant lizards will likely live in Savannah biome, so it won’t be hard to find them. The most part of the day they’ll spend in the shadows of trees and will likely hunt at the nighttime.
Secondly, they’ll be neutral. That means that if you won’t attack them first – they won’t try to kill and eat you. These cute and beautiful giants will peacefully and lazily look at you, doing something on their territory, so don’t be scared.
Thirdly, you’ll be able to tame them! Yes, giant reptile can be tamed and will protect you from different dangerous hostiles! Damage and HP level of wild Komodo will be 5 and 45 points appropriately. Tamed one will have 12 points of Attack Strength and whole 110 HP! You can tame them giving them any type of raw meat. Tamed Komodo will follow you everywhere and will become great companion! You’ll also be able to craft different tools and armor using skin of these animals.
