If you follow our articles carefully, you must know about the changes Minecraft Bedrock 1.13.0.9 brought to the game, but there is something that wasn’t mentioned in the description: the fact that players are now able to create their own skin (find out more details in the Minecraft PE 1.13.0.15 article). Addon Skin Editor Unlocker was developed for you to try this new option.

How to use addon Skin Editor Unlocker

Because this MCPE feature is still under development, it has a few problems that need to be resolved in the future, for example managing the purchases from the marketplace and the player’s achievements, but for now, let us better focus on the possibilities offered by this addon.

When entering the Start screen, you will notice that there is a new profile button (see picture below)

Acces it to enter the Profile screen. Here you will see a “create character” button and by using it you will be able to choose from the multitude of available hairstyles, eyes, mouths, bodies and so on in order to create your own, perfect character. For the time being, you can choose body and face features belonging to either Alex or Steve, but the creators are working on the development of a wider choice.

If you close your game, your skin will return to its custom self and you will have to recreate it once more when entering the game again, but hopefully, this bug is temporary.
