Thanks to Addon Ore Sheep, these cute farm animals will become even more helpful. These new sheep will drop seven kinds of valuable ore blocks.
How does addon Ore Sheep work
These magic sheep can be obtained in three different ways:
- Sheep spawning in a natural way in the wild
- Transforming ordinary sheep into ore sheep
- Obtaining them from the Creative inventory.
There are seven kinds of ore dropping sheep: diamond, emerald, gold, iron, lapis lazuli, redstone, and coal ore sheep.
Sheep spawning in a natural way in the wild. To obtain ores, you will have to shear these sheep, but not with shears like we got used to, but with a pickaxe. This way, instead of wool, they will drop ores. Happily, you can even breed these sheep by feeding them with wheat.
Transforming ordinary sheep into ore sheep. If you want to transform your simple sheep into an ore sheep, feed it with an ore block of the same kind you want it to transform into. These sheep can be sheared only after they have at least one meal. Unfortunately, sheep transformed artificially are not breedable.
