For a while, you'll be in the birch forest, so just walk straight through it.
After walking for a while through the birch forest, you'll find yourself in the oak forest. You'll see a river here, however, you don't have to cross it, just follow it.
Then you'll be in plains biomes. Cross over the plains biome and you will reach a swamp biome.
When you reached the lake of the swamp biome, you'll see the Woodland Mansion. The entrance is on the other side of the building.
The Woodland Mansion looks marvelous. It is considered to be a rare one, so you'll be very lucky if you find it. As for the interior, it's also unusual as all the rooms are randomized and something new will always be on your path.
