You'll be spawned 10-20 blocks away from one of the two sand villages. They are situated not far from spawn. They'are totally made of sand. One of the villages is a bit glitched since it has been generated in a river. The second village was generated (at least for the most part) in a plains biome. There’s a blacksmith in each village. So, explore it right now!

After you have spawned, you'll see both villages. That's a whole look of these sand villages.



This one was generated in the river. It's really interesting that river doesn't wash away the sand.



The next one was generated in green, plains biome.
